User agreement

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) govern relations between ARTEL LLC, whose website is located on the Internet at: brand-counter.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), and applies to all users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as «Users»).
Using the Service means the User’s unconditional consent to these Terms of Service; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the Service.

1. Subject of the agreement
   This agreement governs the relationship between the Service and the User
   
2. Rights and Obligations of the parties
   2.1 The service has the right to suspend the provision of services to users if it is impossible to access the API Google Analytics of the user’s website
   2.2 The Service undertakes to provide Users with uninterrupted access to the Service website 24/7 and provide technical support
   2.3 The user has the right to refuse the services of the service without declaring reasons
   2.3 The User undertakes to pay for the services provided by the Service according to the price list
   
3. Refund conditions
   Funds deposited by the user for the services of the service are not subject to full or partial return.
   
4. Time and conditions of the Agreement
   4.1 This agreement comes into force from the moment of authorization by the User on the Website of the Service and extends for an indefinite period.
   4.2 The Service has the right to unilaterally change the provisions of the Agreement, without prior notice to the Users of the Service.
